On writing songs

so spencer and i had nothing to do today, so we decided to try and do some song writing. and holy crap it is hard!!!!!!! how do the pros do it?!
I mean, i know your supposed to be "inspired" and such with love or hate or whatever, but i mean even so, you gotta arrang the words and make them rhym and everything. its very difficult and irritating.
however, i did write a farely decent song last night. it's a kind of break-up song i suppose. i'm calling it "Only B****es drive Beetles" (that's not true, but i think it made a good title). anyways, i pulled an FOB (Fall Out Boy) and the song title isn't actually in the song, but it kinda gets the point of the song across. still need to show it to the band though.

Not a whole lot planned for today. Ironing shirts for most of today (getting paid $80 for it too!!), then i got GTFO tonight.
Its crazy to think....its been almost 2 years since GTFO was started. For those of you that dont know, GTFO is short for "Dance or GTFO" (GTFO stands for "Get The F*** Out), which is a "rave" put on by the GTFO staff, which consist of Riley Culligan, Zach Byrd, and various other masterminds. i say "rave" because it's kid friendly: no drugs, no alcohol, no sex. Just blasting techno musc in a crowded room.
Well, time to go back to work
